Objectives
● Listen to children and let
our work be guided by their views, suggestions and feelings
● Empower street and working children with
knowledge and skills necessary to protect their
rights as children
● Give vulnerable children a voice and the tools to raise issues which have a bearing on their
lives and to facilitate the changes which will enable them
to become valued and productive
citizens
● Ensure that such children
have the opportunity to reach their full potential
● Provide them necessary
support and assistance for re-instatement in their families where
possible and help them develop as respected and productive citizens
●  Encourage today’s generation
of children to have the confidence, motivation and means to make the
world a better place for themselves
● Use Constitution of India and
Convention on the Rights of the Child as a major tool for ensuring Government
and public accountability to the well being of all
vulnerable children
● Work in partnership with
grassroots voluntary organizations and the international agencies to raise
awareness on issues which affect marginalized children everywhere
● Networking with other
organizations concerned with development and children's rights within the country
and abroad
